Shelsley Walsh Appoints Mighty as PR and Social Media Partner
The world’s oldest working motorsport venue recently appointed us to bring their PR and social media strategy into the 21st century.
Shelsley Walsh are the first Worcestershire client we’ve taken on since we opened our Worcester office, and we couldn’t be more excited about the opportunity to work with one of the most historic motorsport venues in the world.
In operation since 1905 (with a short break for World War II), Shelsley Walsh has long been one of the most challenging hill climb courses in the country. When we brought the Chateau Impney Hill Climb back to the motorsport calendar, Shelsley Walsh represented the ‘gold standard’ in terms of its prestige and heritage, so we are looking forward to diving deep into its history to discover how we can help make the venue relevant to today’s modern motorsport audience.
As part of our work with the venue, we are undertaking a strategic view of its brand and communications, as well as developing a new PR and social media strategy, which involves ongoing monthly consultancy. We look forward to sharing more about this project on our blog in the coming months.
