New Vacancy for a Senior Graphic Designer
Mighty/Third Floor is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing team in Cheltenham - get on and apply!
Your role will be to create the design and branding elements for projects of all shapes and size – from exciting start-ups to global giants.
We’re looking for a team player who wants to help us become the best side in the league, who strives to produce excellent work, and who’s hungry for a good creative challenge. We want someone who’s eager to make the leap to Creative Director once they’ve got some experience under their belt, so promotion opportunities will be available for the right person.
We work with businesses that are in a state of change, and we want someone who can think around a problem and come up with a brilliant brand solution, backed up by the rest of our creative team.
What the role will look like
- Your design work will be of the highest standard, a great example of first-rate thinking and creativity
- You need to be organised with great attention for detail – after all, consistency is what makes our clients famous
- You’ll be a dedicated designer who wants to grow as a team member and design professional
- You can see the bigger strategic picture and are keen to understand what makes our clients tick
- You’ll be expected to make creative calls on projects, alongside our creative director – so you should be confident in your work
- Alongside our core management team, you’ll be looking to define what makes Mighty/Third Floor stand out from the crowd

Your experience and knowledge
At Mighty/Third Floor, looks aren’t everything. We want someone who can produce beautiful visual work, but who is also interested in work that shapes products and experiences. We’re also after:
- BA / MA degree in design
- The usual: expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud’s design suite. We shouldn’t have to say it, but we might as well cover the bases!
- You’ve worked on branding projects as well as web design projects – we don’t expect you to be a developer, but we do want you to have a good grounding in digital design
- A great planner and an agile player who’s used to working to deadlines and managing their own time
- A strong designer and thinker who can provide insight, encouragement, and constructive input to teams
- A team player who can work seamlessly and provide their own direction to projects with our digital and marketing teams
